DRP is a developing program in Malawi. There has been a curriculum that will be broadcast aiming at girls 15-19. Malawi has the highest rate of teen pregnancies in Sub-Saharan Africa, at 37.5%.

In the last year of the program, eight counties showed a lowering of the overall rate of teen pregnancies. The research shows that the broadcasting is reaching the sought-after target group. They discuss very frankly the issues that arise in the community when children are having children. The many methods of contraception are provided in detail as well.
